2019 Make-up Trend: Editorial Euphoria

HBO series directed by Drake, Euphoria, has captured the eye of many. Beyond the captivating plot and talented cast there's been one element of the show inspiring the creativity in many fans. MAKE-UP.


Editorial make-up has been around for a while in the fashion industry. However, few from outside the fashion world attempt this in everyday attire. The use of vibrant colors, graphic lines, glitter, and gemstones illustrate art can be seen throughout magazines, fashion shows, and other outlets. Euphoria make-up artist, Doniella Davy, spoke with Allure about her creations. The atmosphere of the show has allowed her colorful dreams to come true. Fans of the show have begun to experiment with products following tutorials on youtube.
